The Maine Lodge is the heart of Granite Hill Estates. Here all of the community's activities take place. For your convenience, Kennebec Savings Bank provides on-site services two days per week. For fun and fitness there are game rooms, a billiards room, a fitness center and an indoor heated pool and hot tub. The Dining Room provides wait staff-served evening meals created by our outstanding chef with a variety of delicious choices every evening. We also offer a private dining room for family gatherings and special occasions. |

The Maine Lodge offers 61 spacious, apartments with plenty of room for family furniture and treasured antiques.
Apartments have walk-in closets, fully equipped eat-in Kitchens
with full size appliances, and wonderful windows that bathe the
room in light and provide scenic views of the wooded campus.
Floor plans range in size from efficiencies to one-bedroom,
two-bedroom, and two-bedroom with den designs. |
