Granite Hill Estates offers a vibrant lifestyle in
spacious one and two bedroom apartments in the main lodge and
only a few cottage home sites left! The Martha Ballard Assisted
Living expansion offers 24 apartments* for individuals or
couples and the Reflections Neighborhood for people with memory
loss.
 Living at Granite Hill Estates gives you the freedom to enjoy and pursue hobbies and leisure time. Snow shoveling and lawn care, housekeeping, maintenance of your home’s exterior as well as appliances are just a few of the services that are included in your monthly fee.
*Assisted Living services are provided on the
Granite Hill campus but require a separate fee-for-service contract.
